Sharing with Teachers and Schools: By using any of our services and connecting your account with a teache, you give permission for relevant learning data (such as name, class, homework, messages, and progress reports) to be shared with that teacher and the associated school. This sharing happens automatically when you make the connection and allows them to review, support, and monitor learning. You can disconnect or stop sharing at any time in your account settings.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your country or region, such as the EEA, the UK, or elsewhere, you may be entitled to certain legal rights regarding your Personal Information. These rights can include:

A Note on Accuracy

As explained in our Terms of Service, InstantTutor and similar services generate responses by interpreting a user’s input and then predicting the words most likely to follow. This predictive process means that, at times, the output may NOT be factually correct. For that reason, YOU SHOULD NOT TREAT RESPONSES FROM OUR MODELS AS GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE or rely on them as a sole source of factual information.
